Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 September 2026 · Applies to tcp123.com and tcp123.com/simple/

What the service is

Domain Shield is a free, automated audit of publicly available DNS records for a domain you specify: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, DNS blocklist presence and WHOIS registration health. It scores the result 0–100 and offers plain-English explanations. Optional free monitoring re-checks monthly and emails you if the score drops.

What the service is not

The report is a point-in-time snapshot of public records. It is not a security certification, not a guarantee of inbox placement or deliverability, and not legal or compliance advice. Results marked "Not confirmed" are inconclusive by design and must not be read as pass or fail.

Fair use

The service is rate-limited per IP address, per email address and per domain, protected by bot checks, and intended for checking domains you own or are responsible for. Automated scraping, bulk scanning of third-party domains, or any use that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, TCP123 UK accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the free tool or reliance on its output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Paid remediation

The fix plan may invite you to obtain paid remediation services from TCP123 UK. Any such engagement is governed by a separate agreement between you and TCP123 UK — these terms cover only the free scanner.
